The rules of using this site.
By visiting Wilder Roots, you agree to a few common-sense things. Most of them are what you'd expect.
Acceptable use
Use the site for personal, non-commercial reading and shopping (once shop is open). Don't try to break it, scrape it at scale, or impersonate us or our customers.
Accounts & orders
Once commerce is live, you'll be able to create an account and place orders. Account holders are responsible for keeping their credentials secure. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
Pricing & payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change. Once an order is placed and confirmed, the agreed price is what you pay. Payment processing is handled by [Stripe or selected processor]; we never see or store your card details.
Refunds & returns
Microgreens and perishable goods are non-returnable for safety reasons. If something arrives in poor condition, email us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.

Writing, photography, and watercolor artwork on this site are © Wilder Roots unless noted otherwise. Field Notes can be quoted with attribution. Don't reproduce artwork or full posts without asking — short excerpts and a link are welcome.
Limitation of liability
We try to make this site accurate and useful, but we don't guarantee it's error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months (which, for most readers, is zero).

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in the newsletter or noted at the top of this page.
