What's on the rack.

A live look at the rack — every shelf, its lights, and what's coming to harvest. Each tray grows from its real sow date, so the diagram tracks the actual cycle.

How we grow them.

Every tray on the rack is grown with all-organic inputs — organic seed, an organic growing medium, and organic nutrients. We grow to organic practices and call our greens organically grown(we're a small producer, not USDA “certified organic,” so we never claim that exact phrase). Nothing synthetic goes into the rack.

We water with well water — drawn straight from the ground and filtered through the earth, with no fluoride, no chlorine, and nothing recycled. And we grow under full-spectrum LED lights tuned to a pink and pink-white spectrum, so the greens come up sturdy and true to color.

Keeping them fresh.

Microgreens are happiest cold. Keep them in the refrigerator crisper around 35–40°F, in an airtight container with a dry paper towel to manage moisture, and out of direct light. Hold off on washing until you're ready to eat — extra moisture is what shortens their life.

Fresh-cut greens keep about 7–10 days (pea shoots often longer), and a live tray keeps growing for several extra days — cut-to-order is as fresh as it gets.
